Welcome to Kaiden AI Arena ("Service"), operated by Emergent Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Kaiden AI Arena is an AI-powered debate platform that facilitates structured discussions between multiple large language models (LLMs) to provide users with verified, multi-perspective answers to complex questions across nine professional categories: Career & Professional Development, Health & Wellness, Legal & Rights, Finance & Wealth Building, Business Strategy, Technology & Innovation, Education & Learning, Relationships & Communication, and Real Estate & Housing.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers billed on a weekly basis. Free tier users receive 4 debates per week. Paid subscriptions (Starter: $0.99/week for 6 debates, Professional: $1.99/week for 12 debates, Expert: $2.99/week for 18 debates) are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unused debates do not roll over between weeks.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape or harvest data; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property associated with Kaiden AI Arena are owned by Emergent Technologies. Debate responses generated through the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

Always seek the advice of a licensed attorney, physician, financial advisor, or other qualified professional for matters requiring professional judgment.

2. Verification Guarantee Scope

Our "100% Verified Answers" guarantee means that every factual claim in our responses is cross-referenced against peer-reviewed academic sources, government databases, and authoritative publications. When a claim cannot be verified to 100% confidence, we display the exact confidence percentage. This verification process does not guarantee the applicability of information to your specific circumstances.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMERGENT TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Emergent Technologies from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using Kaiden AI Arena, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors despite our verification processes. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service. The Company expressly disclaims any warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that the results will be accurate, reliable, or complete.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account registration data (name, email), debate questions and interactions, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage data: debate history, category preferences, and session analytics to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments, improve our verification algorithms, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Debate history is retained for 90 days for cached answer optimization. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), secure authentication via OAuth 2.0, and regular security audits. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
